Express mail entries must include the signature waiver allowing them to be left at the secretary’s address. Inquiries may be directed to Tami Grinstead at . No entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance.
Illegible entries will not be processed and will be returned to the exhibitor. Returned checks do not constitute a valid entry and the Trial Secretary will add a collection fee of $25 to the amount of each returned check. EMAIL: If you have a spam blocker on your email account, please configure it to accept email from the trial secretary – An initial confirmation receipt and a final confirmation will be sent to you from this email account.

Online Entries

FFDTC is accepting online entries through the

AKC Online Entries program. 
To enter online,

Make sure you are logged into your AKC account. The top section is for Exhibitors. At the bottom of that section, select “Click Here”. Then you will select “Enter an Event(s) That Is Currently Accepting Entries Online”.  Online entries will be limited to 150 entries per day. 


Rosettes will be awarded for 1st through 4th place qualifying dogs in each jump height in each class. Qualifying Ribbons will be awarded to all dogs receiving a qualifying score. In addition, each entered dog will receive a prize or toy to be determined by the Trial committee. The Club also gives “New Title” Rosettes, “AGCH”, “MACH”,&“PACH” Bars & Rosettes, and Double & Triple Q Ribbons. All exhibitors should obtain a copy of the Regulations for Agility Trials by downloading them from the American Kennel Club website at


Please consult the AKC Regulations for Agility Trials for a complete description and eligibility for entry into these classes. The exhibitor is fully responsible for entering the dog in the correct class(es)/height divisions. Dogs running in a lower height division than they are eligible for will be eliminated.

Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian’s recommendations to ensure their dogs are free of internal and external parasites, and any communicable diseases, and have appropriate vaccinations.
